Ajulo drags Fubara to court over re-presentation 2024 budget

A Senior Advocate of Nigeria, SAN, Kayode Ajulo, has recorded a suit looking for to halt Senator Similalaye Fubara of Waterways State from re-presenting the 2024 budget to the state House of Assembly.

 

The attorney inquired the court to halt such a move pending the hearing and assurance of a suit recorded some time recently the Government Tall Court, Abuja.

 

The attorney in the suit with number No.: FHC/ABJ/CS/1718/2023 moreover called on the court to limit the state House Get together and the Speaker of the House from screening and affirming the commissioners designated by Senator Similaiya Fubara.

 

Ajulo especially encouraged the court to take cognizance of movement on take note connected with the suit and halt the holding of whole sessions by the 27 individuals of the State House of Gathering out of the 32 members.
